Terms of Service

By creating a Ninja Idle account you agree to what is written here. It is short on purpose.
What Ninja Idle is
A free idle game, played in your browser. It is in beta: things change, break and get rebuilt.
Supporting the game
Playing is free, start to finish. Anyone who wants to support the project does so via Pix — Brazil's instant payment system — and receives Diamonds, the VIP Shop currency, as a thank you. It is the only payment that exists here, and the Diamonds land in your account as soon as the Pix is confirmed.
- Supporting is optional, and nothing in the game forces you into it.
- Diamonds, items, coins and ninja are not worth real money, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property: they are numbers in a game.
- Do not sell, lend or trade Diamonds for money with other players, inside or outside the game.
- Something went wrong with a payment — you paid and the Diamonds did not arrive, you paid twice, or you want a refund? Say so on Discord. This is handled case by case, in conversation.
- The game is in beta: if it shuts down, the Diamonds go with it. Support it with that in mind, and never with money you would miss.
Your account
- An account is yours and yours alone. Do not lend or share the password.
- You are responsible for what happens through your account.
- Your username is only for signing in and does not change. Your nickname — the name other players see — can be changed on the account screen, for Diamonds.
- If you lose access, use "forgot my password" or ask on Discord.
Conduct
The game has Mail, private messages, the Arena and the War, so people share a space here. Not allowed:
- Harassing, threatening or insulting other players, through any channel in the game.
- Impersonating someone else, including the owner of the game.
- Exploiting flaws for an advantage instead of reporting them. Found a bug that hands out money or power for free? Say so on Discord — that helps, and gets you no trouble.
- Using a program, script or automation to play for you, or touching the game from outside its screen.
- Creating extra accounts to benefit yourself — sending resources from one to another, inflating your own ranking, and so on.
- Trying to take down, break into or overload the server.
Breaking these rules can get your progress rolled back or your account suspended, without prior notice. In practice a conversation comes first whenever possible — but the final call is the owner's.
What to expect from a beta
- The game is offered as is, with no guarantee that it works without failures or stays online all the time.
- Progress can be lost. There is a daily backup, but a bug, a balance fix or a server failure can cost you ground. Do not treat your save as irreplaceable.
- Numbers, rules and rewards change as the game is tuned. None of it is a promise.
- The game may be shut down. If that happens, notice goes to Discord in advance.
To the extent the law allows, the owner is not liable for losses arising from use of the game — including lost progress. Nothing here removes rights that Brazilian law grants you.
Content and ownership
Ninja Idle is an original work, inspired by the idle game genre and by ninja themes. Names, stats, jutsu, zones, text and art were created for this game.
This game is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any studio, publisher or rights holder of any existing work, and it is not run for profit. If you hold rights to something that appears here improperly, say so on Discord and it gets resolved.
What you write in the game (notes, messages) stays yours; you only authorize the game to show it to whoever it was addressed to.
Closing your account
Just ask on Discord. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data in that case.
Changes to these terms
If they change, the date at the top changes with them and notice goes to Discord.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
Any questions: the game's Discord.
