Friends

You find someone by their nickname and send a friend request, which they accept.

• The list holds up to 30 friends.
• Help sends 1 Chakra Fragment to a friend, once per friend per day. It costs you nothing, and there is a button to help everyone at once.
• Private messages take 300 characters each and keep 10 days of history.

Chat

Chat sits in the bottom corner of the screen and has separate channels:

Messages take 200 characters and history lasts 3 days. The Market channel takes one post every 5 minutes per account, so it does not turn into a wall of repeats.

Mail

Mail is your account's inbox: season prizes, Exam results, a friend's help, a Market sale, a gift from the owner and items sent by other players all arrive through it.

• You can send an item to someone by nickname, with a note of up to 200 characters, up to 10 sends a day.
• Special Chakra Fragments, Soul Fragments and Bijuu Souls cannot be sent. Diamonds and Chakra Fragments cannot either: they are account balances, not items.
• A Market sale always delivers the ninja and the payment by Mail, in both directions.

The banner

When someone pulls a ninja with Kekkei Genkai, or with Perfect or Divine Potential, a banner crosses the screen of everyone online. It is the only place your luck shows up to other people without you saying a word.

Nickname

Your nickname is your public name: it is what shows in the ranking, the Arena, friend lists and Mail. It is deliberately separate from the username you log in with, so the ranking does not display half of your credentials. Changing it costs 5 Diamonds.

Families

Families are player clans. Any rank can join one. To found your own, you need to be Chunin or above, a rank earned through the Chunin Exam.
